THE ISLAND COSMETIC CLINIC UPDATE
❤️ Good morning to all our lovely new and existing patients.
I hope all of you are keeping healthy and safe. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to reopen the clinic as soon as we can. Watch this space.
👨⚕️Here is what we have done and what you can expect during your visit to the clinic when we do reopen.
We have accumulated a huge list of priority patients and contacting in the order we cancelled your original appointment.
Once we have contacted priority patients, we will phone all the others to get them booked in with us, so we just ask please be patient. We will get you all in.
We will email you our clinic policy with how we are having to currently carry out treatments in a safe environment. Dr Jilani and his staff have undergone extensive training regarding infection control and related corona conditions and have a thorough understanding of it. We are aware that both staff and patients must be healthy on the day.
We will ask you to arrive on time for your appointments, not early or late. Please wait in your car if you are early.
You must come alone to your treatments with as little on you as possible and no extra clothing, bags, etc. You will be advised to use hand sanitizers and possibly wear a face mask which will be provided at the entrance. Your temperature may be checked.
Treatments will have a longer gap to allow us to thoroughly clean and disinfect the rooms and frequently touched areas in between patients.
The Island Cosmetic Clinic is fully equipped with PPE (personal protective equipment) as per the government’s advice and we follow all the new policies and procedures. Dr Jilani and the staff at the clinic will be wearing PPE and taking all precautions for the health and safety of everyone.
We are also planning to do initially remote online consultations specially for new patients.
We will inform you of all our new policies, a brief questionnaire regarding any illnesses, and our new treatment menu.
We might have a different opening hour than before, but this will only be temporary. As soon as there are any updates, we will let you all know, but we are hoping it will be next week.
